Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to dynamisathletic.com, customer accounts, checkout, rewards and membership features, support requests, and related Dynamis services. It does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party websites or services linked from the site.
Information we collect
Dynamis does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment credentials through Stripe Checkout.
- Contact and account details, including name, email address, phone number, birthday when provided, password credentials managed by Supabase Authentication, and account preferences.
- Order and delivery details, including products, sizes, colors, SKU, price, shipping and billing addresses, order status, returns, refunds, tracking, and rewards activity.
- Support content, including messages, attachments or photographs, internal ticket status, and communications with the support team.
- Technical information, including IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps, security events, cookies, and local-storage identifiers needed to operate the cart and session.
- Information provided through promotions, restock alerts, wishlists, or other features a customer chooses to use.
How we use information
- Create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and maintain profile details.
- Process payment, prevent overselling, fulfill orders, purchase shipping labels, provide tracking, and manage returns or refunds.
- Operate wishlists, restock requests, points, membership tiers, and account order history.
- Respond to support requests and maintain an auditable customer-service history.
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, technical failures, and violations of store terms.
- Comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, legal, and regulatory obligations.
- Improve products and store operation using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.
When information is disclosed
Dynamis may disclose the minimum information reasonably needed to the following categories of recipients:
- Stripe for checkout, payment processing, refunds, fraud controls, and tax features.
- Supabase for authentication, database storage, and account services.
- Netlify for website hosting, serverless functions, deployment, and operational logs.
- Shippo, shipping carriers, and fulfillment providers for rates, labels, delivery, tracking, and carrier claims.
- Professional advisers, insurers, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when reasonably necessary to protect rights, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process.
- A successor involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
Dynamis does not sell personal information for money and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, this policy and legally required controls will be updated before the change takes effect.
Cookies, local storage, and browser signals
The site uses browser storage and similar technology for essential functions such as the shopping bag, authentication state, password-reset intent, and interface preferences. Blocking essential storage may prevent account, cart, or checkout features from working.
Because there is no uniform industry response to Do Not Track signals, the site does not currently change behavior in response to DNT. Dynamis does not currently sell or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where applicable law requires recognition of a supported opt-out preference signal, Dynamis will process it as required.
Data retention
Dynamis keeps personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account operation, fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Order, payment, refund, tax, and accounting records may be retained for up to 7 years. Security and support records may be retained as reasonably necessary to investigate issues and protect the business and customers.
Deleting an account does not require deletion of records that Dynamis must retain for completed transactions, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or the establishment and defense of legal claims. Data no longer needed will be deleted, de-identified, or securely isolated where practical.
Your choices and privacy rights
Customers may update available profile fields from Account Details and may submit a Support request to ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. Dynamis may need to verify the request and may decline or limit it where an exception applies.
Depending on residence and applicable law, a customer may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing; to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and to receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. Dynamis does not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Security
Dynamis uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access, role checks, row-level database security, restricted server credentials, HTTPS hosting, and third-party payment processing. No system is completely secure, and Dynamis cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
Customers are responsible for choosing a strong password, keeping credentials private, and reporting suspected account misuse promptly. Dynamis support will never ask for a full payment-card number or an existing account password.
Children's privacy
The site is a general-audience retail service and is not directed to children under 13. Dynamis does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information should contact Support so the account and information can be reviewed and deleted as appropriate.
Policy changes
Dynamis may update this policy when practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will show a new effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required by law.
Contact
Submit privacy questions or rights requests through the Dynamis Support Center. Select Account support or General question and clearly state that the request concerns privacy. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or government identification unless Dynamis provides a secure and necessary verification method.
